She immigrated to Canada with her husband and 5 year old son in 1995. Since then she has provided career counseling to Foreign-trained Professionals from all over the world. She worked as an employment counselor for Skills for Change a leading non profit agency in Toronto She worked with Foreign trained engineers, health care workers and Accountants and gained extensive experience in guiding them through the complex maze of licensing, career, and education options in Canada.

Her philosophy is to work closely with clients, emphasizing vocational assessment to promote self-understanding, marketing, and thorough research for a realistic appreciation of job factors and future trends. Since April 2000, Shadi has assisted over 1200 clients from the UK and other parts of the world with job search, job placements and Licensing issues.
